Firewood Opportunities will be curtailed until the weekend of Jan 6th and 7th

Island Timberlands has fundraising opportunities available in the Nanaimo, Parksville, and Qualicum areas. Any group that is interested in our firewood fundraisers can contact Island Timberlands at;

  1. So if I'm a member of the mid island atv club I'm not permitted to ride my atv in Port Alberni.

  2. That is correct. ATV and Snowmobile agreements are area specific. For instance, the Mid-Island ATV club has an agreement which allows them to ride in a specific area within our NWB Operation. Same goes for the Comox ATV club in our Buckley Bay Operation. There are opportunities for the MI ATV club to ride in the Buckley Operation and vice-versa for the Comox ATV club to ride in NWB, but this must be done in cooperation with each club. We are reviewing a potential agreement with the ATV club in the Albernis and may have areas available for ATV riders in the New Year.
